Program Description

This online program is designed to be highly engaging and create space for you to apply and practice coaching skills in tandem with seminar content. You can expect: A strong content emphasis on building and sustaining relationships, cultural competency, and responsiveness Opportunities for self-reflection, identity-development, and goal-setting as you develop your coaching skills and abilities A collaborative, team-based approach to learning, coaching and practicing coaching skills Your curriculum will be grounded in various coaching models, philosophies, and approaches. And all learning is based on Alverno s Advanced Abilities, the Wisconsin DPI Coaching Competencies, and the Core Competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
